After a successful career of 22 years in Financial Services, Mark joined AMP as a Regional Recruitment Manager responsible for the South West of England. In 2001 recognizing the changes in the Financial Services landscape and the need for a specialized bespoke headhunting agency in the market, Mark joined Integrity . He has carefully guided the development and transformation of the business to negotiate the challenges of the FS recruitment market. Mark is responsible for the continued growth of the business and supporting the key accounts.
Oliver is a well versed and knowledgeable recruiter, working within the Financial Services recruitment space for 11 years. Oliver started his career within the Sthree brand and worked his way from trainee up into a lead consultant, then taking on specialist assignments for a variety of search practices, growing out teams and making it a profitable entity. Now at Director level and specialising within Risk, Quants and Data primarily within Banks, Asset/Investment/Capital firms and Management Consulting practices. Simon is a recruitment consultant and headhunter with extensive knowledge of the financial services sector having previously been a successful Bank Manager with both Lloyds Bank and Halifax. Simon can help with all roles within financial services and specialises in not only finding the right fit for both candidate and client, but also support throughout the whole recruitment process
Stacy has over ten years’ experience in Administration within the Legal and Financial Sector. In 2014, she joined Integrity Resource Solutions as a Recruitment Administrator and in this key role Stacy was responsible for the administration required throughout the UK. This involved co-ordinating client vacancies, typing and submitting CVs, email correspondence, ordering stationery and collating reports for clients. In November 2016, Stacy was promoted to Administration and Finance Manager and is now responsible for all Admin duties, as well as the financial side of the business. Her duties include Invoicing, Payroll, VAT returns, and preparing information for our Accountants such as P11Ds, Corporation Tax and Year End.
David is a Recruitment Consultant with 10 years’ experience having worked for Integrity since January 2012. David worked for Lloyds Banking Group since 1989 and therefore has an extensive knowledge in the Banc-assurance recruitment sector. David recruits across the whole financial service sector including Regulated Financial Advisers (IFA and Banc-assurance), Para-planners. Mortgage Advisers and Financial Administrator roles.
Daniel has been working within the recruitment sector since 2007 and has recruited successfully across a broad range of industries on both a permanent, temporary and contract basis, as well as being South East Account Manager for a number of Multi National companies during his time with Manpower. Daniel joined Integrity at the back end of 2019 and is relishing the challenge of recruiting within the Finance industry
Diane joined Integrity in 2006 after a successful career as a Financial Advisor and IFA in both Corporate and Wealth Management sectors of the market. As a professional recruitment consultant she has developed a close relationship with a select number of high profile companies and uses her expertise to assist them in finding the right person for the job. She focuses specifically on placing individuals with Wealth Management companies and in the Corporate market place. Outside of work she is a volunteer for the National Trust and the owner of several energetic Dachshunds

Pam is passionate about generating an excellent candidate experience! She actively listens, to thoroughly understand both goals and aspirations, so to match up effectively both on roles and cultures. A successful recruiter since 1998, Pam’s background is recruitment and she has also managed the outsourced Financial Advisor recruitment programme for a major bank. Pam specialises in the IFA and Bancassurance roles and provides extensive company research and interview training where necessary.
Aaron has been working in the world of recruitment for 15 years, cutting his teeth as a head-hunter in corporate banking. From there he has worked for several search firms within financial services and sourced and placed demonstrable professionals across a spectrum of roles. He has more recently been involved with setting up YOPA and working alongside the Barclay brothers to bring the estate agency brand to market. Recruiting over 60 field staff and searching for all the key roles for the London head office including IT, Marketing, Graphics and Design. In his spare time he becomes a taxi service for his two young daughters and is an avid watcher of plot twist movies.
