My Client is a well-established Financial Services firm offering families Financial Advice across the United Kingdom, are seeking a full time Financial Adviser to join the business to cover Dudley and the surrounding areas.
 
The business has worked with families for generations, developing a close bond with these clients based on high levels of trust, integrity and professionalism.
 
This opportunity would suit a smart and presentable individual with a proven track record in face to face sales, with the ability to build rapport with customers and who has an appetite to develop a career within the Financial Services industry.
 
The role of Financial Adviser will involve:

  • Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales targets whilst providing on going quality customer service.
  • Managing a customer database which you be provided with and expected to build upon.
  • Ongoing support, guidance, training and development in our processes.
  • Advising clients on a range of financial products in their homes, including savings plans, investments, pensions and protection policies.
  • Servicing existing customers through regular reviews, expanding existing customer sales and brand loyalty.
  • The autonomy of being home based and responsible for managing your daily activities and diary as well as being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers.
  • Attending regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues.
  • Acting in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for Company Representatives.

Applicants should possess a good standard of education and a full driving licence is essential, as the role is field based travelling to clients’ homes.
The successful applicant for the Financial Adviser role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits

To apply for this role suitable applicant should ideally have a successful previous Financial Services sales experience preferably in a home service environment and have achieved at least some industry qualifications (e.g. FPC/CEFA, CeMAP, R01/R05 etc.).
